Cook thoroughly. Remove dough from refrigeration 3.5 hours before using. 1. Proof Dough: Shape dough massaging it into a round shape. Place in a bowl, coat with olive oil, cover and let it rise. (Up to 8 hours). 2. Shape the Dough: Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Apply a dusting of flour and stretch to 1/4 inch - 1/2 inch thickness. 3. Top it Up: Apply a layer of sauce and add your favorite toppings. 4. Bake: Place on baking sheet or stone in oven at 475 degrees F for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
