Heat to boiling. 3. Simmer: reduce heat. Cover; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers. You will need 1 lb lean ground beef 1/3 cup water 2 cups milk. Into yummy bacon deliciousness?
