Cooking Directions: Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add Zenb Pasta. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until desired firmness - 9 minutes for a more al dente pasta and 12 minutes for a softer texture. Drain well and serve. Water may foam as a natural result of the cooking process for yellow peas. Best by date stamped at the bottom of the box.
