Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave wattage (Wattage vary; adjust time for your microwave. Let stand 1 minute. Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. Stove-Top: Important: do not heat pouch in boiling water. 1. Empty contents of pouch into 2-quart nonstick saucepan. 2. Cover; cook over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally. Keep frozen. Push.
