Cooking: Preheat saute pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 Tbsp cooking oil per veal steak and heat. Add frozen or thawed veal steak. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side or until golden brown. Center of steak should reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F or higher. Serving Suggestions: Veal Parmesan: Top with your favorite marinara sauce and cheese. Veal Parmesan Style Sandwich: Top with your favorite marinara sauce and cheese and serve on a hearty roll. Veal Burger: Grill and serve with your favorite burger toppings.
