Contains: Allergen Information: Contains peanuts and/or tree nuts.
Conversion and Feeding Instructions: When introducing a rabbit to a new food, begin with a mixture of the old and new foods, gradually increasing the amount of new food over a 7 to 10 day period. This will prevent digestive upsets as well as allowing your pet to adjust to something new. Adjust the portions to maintain proper weight and if additional pets are fed. Discard any uneaten food and clean dish before each feeding. Daily Feeding Amounts: Small Breeds: 1/4 to 1/2 cup; Large Breeds: 1/2 to 1 cup. Young rabbits (6 months and younger) and breeding & lactating rabbits feed free choice Forti-Diet Alfalfa Hay. Adult rabbits (over 6 months) provide free choice Forti-Diet Timothy Hay. Storage Instructions: A naturally preserved product needs special attention to maintain maximum freshness. Remove air from package and reseal zipper tightly. After opening bag use the food within 30 to 45 days. Store in a cool, dry location. Refrigerate or freeze for extended storage.
