For Talenti's Vanilla Caramel Swirl gelato frozen dessert, we source our vanilla beans from Madagascar and slow cooked in milk and cream for a caramelized vanilla gelato base. All of this makes for the most pure, intense vanilla gelato. After we have our deep vanilla base, we swirl in our signature Argentine dulce de leche. We get our dulce de leche from our friend Mario's mom's recipe from Argentina. Argentinian dulce de leche is like caramel, but richer and creamier. Even better, all our treats are milk-based rather than cream-based, so they are lower in fat. We package it in clear, recyclable, BPA-free jars to keep it fresh and to give you a peek inside.
