Heating Instructions: Microwave: Empty contents into a microwave-safe dish. Cover and heat on high power for 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 minutes. Stir and serve. Conventional: Empty contents into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil on medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir and serve. Add seasoning to taste. Just heat and serve as a wonderful substitute for white potatoes or rice to compliment any protein directly from the can. Or, try them as an ingredient in casseroles, pies, breads, and muffins.
