YOU WILL NEED: • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil • 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into strips WHAT TO DO: 1. HEAT oil in skillet over medium-high heat. 2. ADD chicken and cook until browned. 3. STIR in sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Great served over pasta. Also try with salmon!
