YOU WILL NEED 1 1/3 cups uncooked orzo pasta or 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, 1 pouch Campbell’s® Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce, 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes, 2 cups fresh baby spinach, 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cook orzo. Meanwhile, heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. 2. Add sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce heat. Cook for 5 min. or until chicken is done. 3. Add tomatoes. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Stir in 2 tbsp. water. Serve with orzo and cheese.
