What You’ll Need: 1 lb (450 g) sliced beef, pork or chicken. 1/2 cup (125 g) sliced vegetables carrots. 2 cups (380 g) steamed rice. Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a medium saucepan. 2. Add your choice of meat and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared. 3. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 4. Pour sauce and stir-fry until heated through and meat is fully cooked. 5. Serve on a bed of steamed rice. Just add beef and vegetables. Store unopened in a cool, dry place.
